The Thin-Film Illusion
High-end stucco or Venetian-style finishes can cost heavily while still depending on a flawless background. If the base is bad, the expensive finish fails.
The factory-controlled, single-product micro-technology wall-finishing system positioned to eliminate putty, primer, waterproofing and emulsion paint.
Premium decorative systems often depend on perfect substrate preparation, multiple products and multiple trades. Thin-film finishes can be expensive and still fail if the base beneath them is weak or inconsistent.
High-end stucco or Venetian-style finishes can cost heavily while still depending on a flawless background. If the base is bad, the expensive finish fails.
Uncontrolled site-mixing introduces cheap substitutes and quality loss. Builders pay for one specification and receive another on the wall.
Conventional paint systems over cement can peel or effloresce, while the putty + primer + paint sequence consumes 15–20 days and multiple trades.

PERMANENT™ PAINTS replaces four products with one integrated system. Applied as a workable finishing paste, the dense surface can be progressively sanded, refined and polished to create natural stone-inspired depth and reflection.
Unlike thin-film decorative systems, the material is intended to have enough body to support sanding, burnishing and polishing.
Once cured, the micro-silica dense matrix is refined by sanding and optional waxing to reveal a deep, mirror-like architectural finish.
Up to 1000 grit and beyond for smooth matte through mirror-like gloss outcomes.
Positioned as part of the wall rather than a fragile superficial paint film.
Integrated hydrophobic surface technology is designed to support premium interiors and demanding exterior wall finishes.
Choose from an extensive tinting range and UV-stable colour options to suit interior and exterior projects.
Ready-to-use wet paste in sealed buckets prevents water addition, cheap cement mixing and site-level formula changes.
Apply a 0.5–1.0 mm base layer directly over cured plaster using a steel trowel. No putty. No primer.
Apply the second coat after 12–24 hours to develop a uniform decorative body.
After 24–48 hours, sand progressively: 400 / 600 grit for smooth matte, then 1000+ grit for burnish and gloss development.
Apply a thin coat of premium wax if the project requires ultimate glass-like reflection.

Integrated finishing stages can simplify procurement, reduce separate site operations and support efficient project material planning.
PERMANENT™ PAINTS is a factory-controlled, wet ready-to-use finishing paste positioned to replace separate wall putty, primer, waterproofing coating and emulsion paint. Its distinguishing feature is a workable, dense decorative layer that can be progressively sanded and polished to a marble-inspired mirror gloss.
Premium stucco or Venetian-plaster effects may involve ₹200–₹500/sq. ft. installations and need a highly prepared base. Thin decorative films cannot compensate for a failing substrate. A substantial finishing paste creates more material body for surface refinement.
Advanced micro-technology, micro-silica densifiers and a flexible polymer matrix create the manufacturer-described marble-strength body. Machine or hand sanding progressively reveals a smoother appearance and helps develop gloss comparable in visual character to polished marble.
Sanded and polished marble gloss; scratch-resistant/non-peeling finish concept; integrated hydrophobic and alkali-protection features; fully tintable mineral-colour direction; factory-controlled ready-mix consistency without site reformulation.
Apply 0.5–1.0 mm base coat to properly cured plaster with a steel trowel. Apply the second coat after 12–24 hours. After sufficient curing (typically described as 24–48 hours), progressively sand with 400/600 grit then 1000+ grit, polish, and optionally wax for additional reflection. These are manufacturer-provided application parameters.
Built for developers, architects and contractors who want statement-wall aesthetics, colour flexibility, consistent packing and fewer finishing products. The ready-mix approach reduces opportunities for unauthorised dilution or substitution at site.
It is designed for mechanical sanding and polishing to develop a stone-like surface finish.
It is positioned as an integrated alternative to conventional putty, primer and paint stages, subject to substrate suitability.
